こんにちは。久しぶりのブログ記事はなんと、とり部員Aさんからの投稿です。
ツミは日本最小のタカです。
市内の住宅街にある公園で営巣していると聞き、見に行くと、針葉樹上に巣を作っていました。
巣から顔を出すメスです。周囲を窺っています。
巣を守るツミ(メス)
メスは目が黄色、おなかに横縞があります。
ツミ(メス)
オスは目が赤、おなかは白に近いオレンジです。
オスとメスでこんなに色が違うんですね～

オスはしばらく狩りに出かけました。やっと戻ってきて、メスに獲物を届ける場面を期待しましたが、自分で完食…（残念！）
ツミ(オス) 獲物はおそらくスズメ
強そうなかっこいい見た目に対し、「ピョーピョー」かわいい鳴き声も見どころ（聞きどころ）です。
公園では、ツミの巣の周りで営巣するといわれているオナガも見られます（すぐ木の枝葉に隠れてしまい、なかなか撮れませんでした）

ツミがびっくりして営巣放棄しないよう、距離を保ってこっそり観察 しましょう！
